Spotless room with lovely personal touches made my stay enjoyable. Breakfast timing mix-up was a slight disappointment.

Navigating the gated area was tricky due to limited signage, leading to initial confusion. The TV placement was awkward. mounted on the side of the bed, making it hard to watch. The Wi-Fi was spotty, which could be annoying for those who needed to stay connected. the breakfast had a timing mix-up, where we had to wait longer than expected for the meal. The hard bed wasn’t ideal for everyone, but preferences vary.

Couple's special getaway
From the moment we walked in, the host was cordial and took good care of us! The room was spectacular with a dolce gusto, mini bar, and we had a comfortable, massive bed that felt like a cloud.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but the experience was worth it.

Our stay was a two-night getaway, and we were thrilled by the quick access to Emsworth Harbour, just a short stroll away. The Queen Room we booked was very comfortable and clean, creating a perfect retreat after a day out exploring. Breakfast was especially delightful. the fresh fruit salad was a lovely touch, and the full English was hearty and fulfilling. There was a slight hiccup with breakfast timing, but overall, it was a memorable experience.

The Large Double Room with Patio was a real treat! Super comfy bed and pillows that felt like clouds. Loved having a fridge stocked with reasonably priced drinks, too. The patio outside was a bonus for some fresh air. It was amazing how clean everything was. The only downside? Had a barking dog nearby one evening, but it wasn't too distracting.
